Application opportunities are open twice a year for 1 month only. For project funds the application portal is open from 15 March to 15 April, as well as from 15 September to 15 October. For scholarships the application portal is only open from 15 September to 15 October.

Who can apply?

“The Foundation’s purpose is to distribute gifts or contributions to institutions, groups or individuals to support any measure of a scientific, social, humanitarian and cultural nature, as well as by scholarships or similar, to cater for performing artists and encourage the ability of youth or others to continue their education, study or research”.

All the applicants will be notified in writing when the decision has been made by the Board.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 


1. When will I receive a response to my application?

You will receive a written response after the board has reviewed the applications at a board meeting. For spring applications, this takes place at the end of May; for autumn applications, at the end of November.

2. Will I receive an email confirmation when I submit my application? 

No email confirmation is sent. However, the online application portal will confirm receipt upon submission.

3. Can I apply for an educational grant in both the spring and autumn application rounds? 

No, you may only apply for an educational grant during the autumn application round.

4. How much funding can I apply for?
The amount of funding depends on the nature, needs, and duration of the project. The foundation does not set an upper limit for requested amounts.

5. Why was my application declined? 

The foundation receives a large number of applications each year and unfortunately cannot approve them all, even if the project aligns with the foundation’s objectives. The foundation is unable to provide individual feedback on declined applications.

6. Can I submit additional documentation after the application portal has closed?
No, the foundation unfortunately cannot accept additional documentation after the application deadline has passed.
