Panda Soumya Prakash

Capt. Panda Soumya Prakash is the Vice President of Global HSEQ at Wilhelmsen Ship Management.

A former Master Mariner with over three decades of maritime experience, Capt. Panda has served in both sea-going and shore-based roles, gaining a well-rounded understanding of operational safety and quality management.

In his current role, he oversees the development and implementation of HSEQ practices across the organisation. He works closely with global teams to ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and promote a strong, practical safety culture across the fleet.

His focus on safety and operational integrity supports the broader goal of delivering responsible and reliable ship management services.

Capt. Panda is currently based in Malaysia.
